- 87% say they have the right tech at home
- 80% say they still meet project deadlines on time
- 77% have adequate workspace
- 68% believe they can do work without interruptions
- 64% feel motivated to do their work
There are also clear benefits for employee wellbeing
- 50% lower turnover rates
- 57% increased job satisfaction
- 18% total workforce reduction on the roads

Although the benefits remain high, more than 41% of employers doubt the work ethic of their employees
There are some growing pains In change
